Topics include warm-ups, basic exercises, on-guard positions, footwork, power training, speed training and self-defense techniques. Demonstrating the techniques in this DVD presentation are Ted Wong and Richard Bustillo. He appeared with Lee in the photo techniques of the Bruce Lee s Fighting Method books and is considered to be Lee s protégé, being one of four to receive direct certification from Lee.
