Florida Rails Trains of The Sunshine State

A tour around the railroads of Florida. Filmed over several days in November 2002 this release looks extensively at six hotspot locations such as Plant City, interlocking where unit trains from the Bone Valley phosphate mines, plus the coal trains from West Virginia and Kentucky can be seen. Also captured is the most photographed and chased unit train in Florida, the Tropicana juice train. The giant CSX Corporation is the dominant railroad provider in Florida, and their motive power consists of EMD GP39, SD40, 60, 70 and many more.
