Little House on the Prairie: Charles and Caroline grow increasingly weary over the degrading treatment they are receiving in Winoka, but both are determined to brave these trials and keep their family together. Caroline and Alice launch a barn-stationed school for families who cannot afford the private setting; Harriet takes a job as a bar maid to keep her children enrolled in the ritzy Winoka School; and Charles makes daily efforts to connect with Albert.
