Phineas and Ferb: When Carl is under review by Major Monogram, he finds his one lacking quality is initiative. Before the review is submitted, he decides to step up and going through the internet, discovers Dr. Doofenshmirtz has taken plans for an anti-gravity machine directly from Phineas and Ferb's plan for a similar machine they want to build for fun. Feeling Perry is too close to the boys, Major Monogram sends him off to find a missing goose agent (intended as a wild goose chase), while Carl goes undercover at the Flynn-Fletcher home to see if the boys' anti-gravity machine is an evil device.
