Monday Monday: Roger's been forced to resign by the board after they find out about Uxbridge Holdings. Alyson assumes she's got the job, however the board have got wind of her and Steven's relationship, so before it becomes official, they bring in a team of management consultants and interviewing other candidates. Christine returns from rehab after only three days. After Steven tells Sally he's going to tell Alyson it's over for her, she is shocked to hear from Christine that she saw Alyson taking a pregnancy test in the toilets. Another shock for Sally comes when she finds out her ex-fiancee Michael is in charge of the management consultants and wants her to give him another chance as well. Jenny reveals to Roger she's the one who paid Margaret off and the two have an emotional goodbye. Jenny decides to throw Roger a surprise retirement party, but the main guest is nowhere to be seen. After hearing she may be losing her job, Christine has a heart to heart with Roger in his office. Alyson and Steven decide they can't go on together, whether a baby's involved or not and Steven and Sally decide to give it a go. Alyson tells Jenny if she takes Roger's job, she wants her to be her PA.
