Mystery Diagnosis: June Pecce has been a happy, active woman when suddenly, she gets a mammogram and learns that she has two lumps in her left breast. They do not appear to be cancerous, but soon, her breast becomes extremely inflamed and painful. At first, June seems to have an infection on her breast, but the inflammation spreads to her right arm. It turns out that June has been suffering from a rare immune condition called pyoderma gangrenosum. Young Brianna Paige Headings cannot keep much food down, so she vomits every time her parents feed her and cries constantly. A doctor believes she simply has colic, but soon, her body becomes commpletely stiff and she starts having seizures. Brianna's condition worsens, but fortunately, a doctor finds out that she has been suffering from a rare condition called pyridoxine-dependent seizures.
