Geoffrey Zakarian transforms leftover mashed potatoes into crispy Pierogies with Sour Cream Dip. Chef Esther Choi from Food Network's "24 in 24: Last Chef Standing" joins The Kitchen hosts to make her version of Breakfast Congee using three leftovers.
