Emma, Ravi, and Zuri Ross return to Camp Kikiwaka, only to find that the camp's owner, Gladys, has run away with the insurance money after Grizzly and Woodchuck cabins were destroyed at the end of the past summer. The Ross siblings are rejoined by cheerful country girl Lou, and get three new campers: Finn, who is Lou's cousin; Matteo, who can find danger ina situation and doesn't want to be at Camp Kikiwaka; and Destiny, a girl that spent her child on the pageant circuit and is used to getting her way. They all need to work together to help raise money to rebuild Woodchuck and Grizzly cabins, especially the Ross siblings who will need to reach into their parents' deep pockets to help raise funds.
