Chef Antonia Lofaso comes out swinging with Corn and Watercress Salad before switching it up with Sautéed Shrimp with Carrot Butter and Carrot Top Chimichurri. Chef Brooke Williamson does a double take with Twice-Baked Potatoes Stuffed with Lobster and makes us all grateful for her Grapefruit and Passion Fruit Curd on the Half Shell. Chef Michael Voltaggio falls for langoustines with Lobster Fra Diavolo with Lobster Egg Noodles.
