Five Star Kitchen: Britain's Next Great Chef Season 1 Episode 2

Exorbitant price tags and the world's rarest delicacies abound as the chefs compete to appeal to the Langham hotel's millionaire clientele. Those who fail to impress undertake a second challenge in a fight for survival. To prove their business acumen, they must devise a £30 lunch menu and run a busy Langham lunch service.
