House Hunters Renovation Season 2017 Episode 16

With their two sons about to head off to college, a Franklin, Tennessee, couple downsizes to a house that needs major renovations throughout. They hire a designer and contractor to get the work done as quickly as possible, but even the experts couldn't predict the various problems they discover hidden in the home's floors, walls and ceilings.
